2) The volume or number of cartons complained about

1) Complaint text letter (which must be signed)
2) Proforma invoice or original invoice that must include the name of the product you are complaining about
3) The image of the carton showing the product code
4) Pictures or videos of the product where the problem is clear and identifiable
